Remember that 32 months of Obama White House we the people have accumulated national debt at a rate more than 27 times as fast as during the rest of our nation’s entire history, as the Obama’s plan their next extravagant vacation to the Indonesian Island nation of Bali.

Mr. Hope and Change wants to create a nation humbled; humiliated, casting-aside capitalism and individual freedoms for one where we the people are government controlled. This would be a system that genuflects mediocrity, steals personal aspiration and opportunity, and punishes those who strive to succeed.

Sarah Fields answers:

And don’t forget he’s the first President to FIRE a PRIVATELY OWNED BUSINESS’s Chief Executive Officer and then by force of government take over that business and hire his own personally approved CEO.

Carol asks…

I am the 1%. Is that bad?

I am an engineer studying business at an elite business school and planning on making 100k+ USD upon graduation. The love of my life is studying to be a doctor and will likely be making another 150k+ USD when she gets through her residency. We have worked hard to get where we are, and don’t consider what we’re doing to be at the expense of anyone else. Should we feel guilt because of where we are? Why are things getting framed as those (like us) who have worked hard to get ahead are doing so at the expense of others? I don’t see it that way.
So, it is very likely that I will be making 150k + within 5 years, and upon graduation from a very competitive residency my love could easily be making 200k a year. We have worked extremely hard to be where we are, and have delayed gratification and our ability to have kids, etc.. According to the numbers below, we will be in the 1%, according the the numbers (350k/yr is top 1%).
To pinhead below, or anyone asking about the fact that I’m still in college. Yes, I’m a practicing engineer from one of the best schools in the nation. I’m also enrolled at a top 10 (in the world) business school, which means I’m working as an engineer, and studying business at the same time. Just to clarify. I think it’s important to note the inherent assumptions of those who ASSUME that the system is broken, when in fact, the system is set up to allow for opportunities for the best and the brightest to shine. It just takes a lot of hard work. This next year, I’m going to be working 40 hours a week, and studying another 30-40 hours a week on average. I’m not saying this to gloat, but quite the opposite. For me and my love to inflict this type of insanity on ourselves, should society not reward the folks who are going to great lengths to be the future job creators, leaders of industry, doctors, and value creators? Ask yourself what happens if we don

Sarah Fields answers:

You`re focused on a myth ! This is where you should be focused ~~~~~~~~~~
All the things we are aware of are now documented. See sources at end of article.
Barack Obama’s 32 Month Report Card
Mr. “Hope and Change” wants to create a nation humbled; humiliated, casting-aside capitalism and individual freedoms for one where “we the people” are government controlled. This would be a system that genuflects mediocrity, steals personal aspiration and opportunity, and punishes those who strive to succeed. FACTS ARE FACTS.
A gallon of regular gasoline the day Obama was inaugurated was $1.79 on average in the U.S. Today that price is $3.59, a 100.6% increase. The number of food stamp recipients has risen since Obama took office from 31,983,716 to 43,200,878, a 35.1% jump. Long term unemployment soared 146.2% during the same 32 month period from 2,600,000 to 6,400,000. Staggering “hope and change” isn’t it?
American citizens living in poverty has risen 9.5% from 39,800,000 to 43,600,000, and the number of unemployed has jumped almost 25% from 11,616,000 to 14,485,000 as of August 31, 2011. The number of unemployed blacks has risen from 12.6% at the end of George Bush’s term to 15.8% today, a 25.4% increase, and finally, our national debt is up 34.4% from 10,627 trillion to 14,278 trillion *
Keep these figures in mind as we recount the number of “firsts” for this presidency:
First President to refuse to show a valid birth certificate.

And, right now he’s in Cannes, France to tell other nations in financial crisis how to manage money and create jobs !

Sharon asks…

Have anyone wondered why liberals dont ask questions regarding THEIR policies?

It is either about race or gays, but nothing showing that they have any idea what their leaders want to do . They bash the GOP, but never refer to their own leaders except obama. Why is that?
VOLLEY—all due repsect, but what in the hell does that rant have to do with my question?

Sarah Fields answers:

What would you like me to examine?? Because I do so regularly.

What you see on here is people reacting to what others state and view. That is what I do – react to what is asked/assumed. And most assume that Liberals are lazy, want handouts, and are for some reason less American. None of that is true.

Personally, I am looking at what is there for others. I want people that don’t have what I do the chance to live a normal life. If that means my tax dollars go to pay for their health care, then so be it. And if that means that everyone else has to look at life in the “what ifs” instead of the “not me” ways, I am very happy about that. No one thinks they will need health care. I bet if you asked each one of the 6 individuals that died in AZ that fateful day if they had planned on getting shot and dying that day during an outing to see a congresswoman, they would have all said that they wouldn’t. No one plans on getting hurt or sick – it just happens. That is what the need for insurance is.
